First, we will collaborate.
We’ll figure out what has changed in your life, learn about how anxiety impacts your life and customize a plan for you and your life.
The intake session is for me to learn about you by asking a lot of questions. Then, I want to know what made you decide therapy was needed at this moment in time. We’ll explore what changes you’ve noticed in your life. What your goals are for therapy will also be discussed.
Clients often feel some relief after the intake. In fact, some people do not return for follow up sessions because they feel relief from sharing their story and being validated. The majority of clients return for follow up session which are typically weekly in the beginning. We will identify some goals so we know when it is time to finish therapy.

People struggle with anxiety and reaching out for help. Getting help with your anxiety is you choice. Therapy can last 6 weeks to 6 months.

Client are scheduled weekly in the beginning. As progress is observe, sessions are scheduled less frequently. Session are 60 minutes.
